W okresie międzywojennym: oficer 4 pap w Inowrocławiu, dowódca III dywizjonu, wykładowca w Centrum Wyszkolenia Artylerii w Toruniu. W wojnie obronnej 1939r. dowódca 30 Poleskiego Pułku Artylerii Lekkiej. Uczestnik obrony Modlina.
